Prior to forming KVDV, Inc., Dawn worked most recently for Warner Bros., New Line Entertainment and HBO for 12 years and with the Walt Disney Company for the 5 years prior. During her stay with these companies, Dawn created and coordinated numerous events. She was responsible for many first-ever national and account specific promotions, value-added offers and cross promotions with Fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, 7 Up, Nabisco, Procter & Gamble, Martha Stewart, Big Idea, MasterCard, Albertsons, Safeway, Blockbuster and Kroger, to name a few. She has great success in launching many new brands and products, developing brand awareness, creating marketing strategies and business plans, and increasing overall company sales, profits and revenue. In her previous positions at CNN, Tri-Star Pictures, Imagine Entertainment, and DeLaurentis Entertainment Group, Dawn gained valuable experience in TV and film production, publicity and press junket coordination, creative design, marketing, copy writing, research, interviews, editing, budgeting and accounting. Her innovative thinking, creative tactics and sales expertise have propelled companies to new heights. Dawn received her degree from UCLA. She has been happily married since 1989 and loves to travel and play the piano.

Kent Vreeland, Vice President, years of experience in diverse business communities have culminated in a unique ability to conceptualized and create attractive, informative and user friendly websites and marketing campaigns. Kent was a professional musician for many years, and still enjoys playing his guitars daily. Ten years in retail management along with another ten years working as a general manager for the Denver branch of a national video distributor brought him a well rounded knowledge of professional business environments.
